Run the SQL
update swpro.flag_table set area_locked = 0, user_name = null; commit;
This will unlock the user manager areas but leave any flags that indicate the area is dirty in place.
P.S. Change swpro for whatever schema you have installed it to.
When using iProcess Administrator always do what you need to do and leave the area, this reduces the occurence of these locks being left in pleace as the result of a forced shutdown.
