Unable to connect to iProcess from BW

When trying to test the connection to iProcess from BW, this error  occurs.
BW-iPROCESS-000053 Connection Test Failed.  Unable to establish connection to  the iProcess Objects Server.  Exception [com.staffware.sso.data.vException]  occurred. com.staffware.sso.data.vException: SAL system error.   [SWErrorCode=2.   SWErrorCode.  ]

Any ideas how to solve it?

Solution:
Use regedit and set DBConnectionAccess to 1 instead of 0 under ‘Staff EntObj  Server’ if the Server Configuration Utility does not work.
Make sure needed db jarfiles are in place under tibco/tpcl/5.7/jdbc
