Testing connection BW-iProcess Plugin (iProcess from BW)

Facing the below problem while testing connection BW-iProcess Plugin  (iProcess from BW).


Error:


+BW-iPROCESS-000062 Connection Test Failed.  Unable to establish connection  to the iProcess Engine’s Database.  SQLException occurred BW-iPROCESS-000062  Connection Test Failed..
java.sql.SQLException: BW-iPROCESS-000062  Connection Test Failed.[SQLServer JDBC Driver][SQLServer]Cannot open  database requested in login ‘staffdb’. Login fails.+

Test Connection configuration (BW to iProcess with shared  iProcess Connection resource)

+Server Discovery: Static
Object Server Name: staffw_nod1
IP Address: x.x.x.x ( IP of where iProcess Engine and Server Object was installed )
TCP Port: 28021
Is Director: false
username: swpro
Password: ********+


Solution:

Configured the iProcess Objects Server port as 28021 with ‘iProcess Objects  Server Configuration utility – TCP tab’.
