Tibco BW gets the current time and time zone value from the Operating system of the machine in which it runs.
If you want to set up some other time zone in Business works as default, there are two ways in which it can be done.
The first is changing your system’s time zone as required.
The second is to set the following java.property in bwengine.tra and designer.tra.
You don’t need to change the system’s time zone in this.

java.property.user.country=UK
java.property.user.language=en
java.property.user.timezone=UK/London
