You can create a service assembly on the command line by using the following command:
JAVA_HOME/bin/java -jar ENV_HOME/BusinessStudio/startup.jar [-clean] -refresh -application com.tibco.matrix.ant.task
.service.jbi.assembly.AMXCreateDeployableArchive -data “workspacepath” -saf “serviceassemblypath” -archive "archivepath”
So you may be able to incorporate this into your script.
